Spring!

Yay for sunshine! We have had so, so many gray days and so, so much rain. We broke a record in March, although I am not certain of the specifics. 7+ inches of rain in Seattle, so maybe a bit more in our neck of the woods.

Anyhow, the sun came out, and we went out to soak up some delicious vitamin D. Wren prefers shoes, but I convinced him to take his boots off to enjoy the sand and water. He loved it. It was even warm enough for him to take his shirt off. Of course, then he wanted to take his pants and unders off.

Home Depot: Kids Workshop

On Saturdays while I am at work, Home Depot hosts really fun Kids Workshops. Children of all ages can come in between 9 and 10am and build cool projects completely free of charge. They gave Wren an orange toddler-sized Home Depot apron, and he even gets pins to put on it upon completion of projects. This has proved to be a FUN thing for Jess and Wren to do together on Saturday mornings. So far Wren has built a cool race car (race to be held on Mar. 31st), and a pretty little trinket box.
