Remembering Daisy:

Bitso.

• Jesse completed his less-than-savory work schedule. It is still a little different than usual, but it is definitely manageable.
• I have been very busy working for Elizabeth as she has been out of town quite a bit lately.
• Wren is cutting molars. We cannot wait until this set is through. It's been rough on all of us.
• We are not eating sugar right now. Which is brutal considering the current plethora of pastel-colored goodness in the stores.
• Wren is wearing size 7 shoes and mostly size 2T clothing. Some 24 month items fit, too. But I would say that it is smarter to go with the larger size.
• Jesse's band, Tahoma Trio, has been playing pretty regularly. That has been fun.
• I am working on a line of infant/toddler clothing. I have a ways to go, but once I am up and running, I hope to develop an Etsy store. In addition, I will visit a couple of stores in town to see if they would consider carrying my line. I'm also considering getting a spot at our Farmer's Market.
• We miss Daisy.
• The garage is really coming along. We have photos to go through and bring in, and holiday decor to put somewhere. Otherwise, everything is tidy and the tent trailer is living in the third bay.

Wren is Seventeen Months Old!

The Tax Refund Fairy Came!

I couldn't send all of our tax refund to pesky/nagging bills. Wren has been so good. He is developing marvelously. He has approximately 35 words and about 5 phrases that he uses on a regular basis. I say that's cause for a reward. So, I pocketed a little of our tax refund and went to the best place to stretch a buck on cute children's paraphernalia: Ikea. He is now the proud owner of a little kitchenette (which he loves), and a little table and chairs for snack time. As you can see below, the burners on the stovetop even light up to simulate heat. Cute.
