Wren is eating more and more "regular" food now. He has two fruits (or a large blend) with his brunch bottle, and two vegetables with his dinner bottle each day.He seems to prefer green vegetables ~ with peas and green beans at the top of his list of favorites. He also likes pears and blueberries mixed. The apple and apricot blend was not too popular with him, though. I think that the apricots were probably a bit too tart.
Sometimes he is so tidy when he eats that you wouldn't even know that he had anything. Other times, he wiggles and giggles and kicks and spreads the food all over (see photo). It's pretty cute. :-)
When he does make a mess, he doesn't like to have the food cleaned off of his face. I try to get it, and he shakes his head back and forth really quickly.
