Goodbye baby... hello toddler.
- Wren has started voicing his opinions.
- Recently added to his vocabulary: good boy, good baby, goodbye, baby, and here.
- He finds many toys to be uninteresting, but still likes to play: ball, car, and with anything wooden. He has not yet completely warmed up to plush animals, but he may with time.
- He LOVES to go outside.
- He REALLY LOVES to go for laundry basket rides.
- He enjoys "helping" with the laundry.
- He enjoys "unloading" the dishwasher.
- Some days he is really into Daisy, and some days he just can't tolerate another lick. I am certain that those feelings are mutual.
- He seems to like Jack o' Lanterns. All of his favorite books feature carved pumpkins, witches, and vampires. Good little October baby. ;-)
- His growth has definitely slowed. He is primarily wearing 24 months right now. He has dropped from 97th percentile to 95th.
- He prefers hanging out with the fellas over the ladies. My theory on this is that women tend to be a bit fussy, nervous and extremely attentive. Men are generally laid-back, goofy and calm. Wren prefers the latter.
- He's still a delight ~ and I thank him every single day for coming to us. :-D
