Wren's First Birthday.

When we arrived home, our cupboards were a bit "Mother Hubbard" and our house was very cold (59F). So, we did what we could with what we had. What? Aren't you familiar with the use of a vegan marshmallow in lieu of a first cake? Wren will have his first cake this Saturday at his party. Oh, and the first gift that he opened (cute monkey quilt) was perfect considering the temps! ;-)
