First and foremost, Jesse is doing A LOT better. His skin is lovely. It's actually enviable. So, that is go-od news!
Secondly, we've been in communication with our realtor friend, and we "think" that it might be a good time to move it along. He seems pretty optimistic. Our home is still worth a bit more than we paid for it. We just need to talk to the lender to see what our options really are.
We'd like to get a smaller, older home on more land. We don't need all of this space (or the mega mortgage!) So, we've been looking at small homes with "farm" potential. By farm, I mean two pygmy goats and a pot-bellied pig. Maybe a cat. Our Happy. Plus, of course, a decent garden space.
We are IN LOVE with a little older home just outside of city limits! It appears to be perfection in our eyes. So, we will see what transpires and how everything plays out. It's a bit early, since our home is not even on the market, but you never know...
So, these upcoming months may be quite adventurous! This all feels right to us. So, we are very excited! We appreciate any good vibe-age sent our way!
