We're Diving In!

We spoke to the lender yesterday + we viewed a potential home and spoke to our realtor today = we're putting our home up for sale mid-July. Ergo, we need to prep. Shouldn't take too much time (which is a good thing, because that is ONE thing that we do not have), but we need to get this place ship-shape and shiny. Please send good vibes for:

• An efficient and profitable sale;
• A perfect replacement home that meets our new criteria.

We had previously found a sweet gem of a home, but soon found out that it was already in contract. We were bummed to say the least! So, today we went to look at another contender ~ a lovely home on 2 acres. It's a bit higher in price than what we had in mind, but it's still a better value than our current home. We shall see what happens. Only time will tell.
